Shipping Locations
Luma Vitalis ships to Australia and select international destinations. Shipping availability and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Shipping Times
- Australian orders: 7-21 business days
- International orders: 14-30 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Some products qualify for free shipping as indicated on the product page or during promotional periods.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information when available.
Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages
